DELIVERY INFORMATION

Télle Moi is able to offer both UK & International Shipping. We are continually working with delivery partners to try and offer competitive pricing for each regions. Therefore the costs, regions or zones may be updated at a future date.

Each order will be processed and dispatched in up to 3 business days* We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not meet minimum shipping criteria

*Occasionally during busy periods dispatch time may increase beyond 3 business days, we will notify you via email if your order is affected.

Customers purchasing internationally will be responsible for any taxes or import costs that are applicable to their region.

All UK mainland shipping will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, with the exception of Next Day delivery and for orders of more than 10 Bottles.

All purchases will be provided with a tracking number as a reference. We cannot be responsible for delays from Royal Mail. A package is classed as lost if it has not arrived after 10 working days.

All UK non mainland and international orders will be sent via courier. Please ensure you mark your address clearly with a contact number and email address should we need to contact you with any information. Please see the below zones for your costs and regions.

If you cannot find your country, please contact us via email as we may still be able to arrange shipment separately.
